Before you can join the game, you'll need to check out the town hall for information pertinent to starting up, such as a summary of the towns featured in Seaport Living Magazine, profiles of the towns' notable inhabitants, and guidelines for how to behave, as well as help and information on how to sign up.

Diaries. A few years back, Seaport Living Magazine introduced a section for correspondences from those living in the areas the magazine covers. Hear about the lives of Seaport and Easthurst residents, through their own eyes.

Real Estate. In a town where the middle class still owns properties with values well over a million dollars, the housing district of Seaport is something to be seen. Whether you live here or can only dream of it, driving by some of the estates is breathtaking.

A Proud Reputation. Hillcrest Preparatory Academy has become known for its high standards, highly selective and competitive enrollment, and exorbitant fees. It's all worth it, though, if a Hillcrest Prep education is the closest thing you can get to a guarantee your child will be admitted into an Ivy League college, so for many parents, it's definitely worth any amount of money.

The Regular Folk. Not everyone can afford a high school education that will cost more than college, and if this is the case and they live in Seaport, they're zoned into the Seaport public school district. Seaport High might not be able to keep up financially with Hillcrest Prep, but that makes their sports rivalries with Hillcrest all the more admirable, since the athletes here can't afford personal trainers and coaches. The school is under reconstruction after a harsh fire over break.

A Beachy Paradise. Just off the boulevard, the esteemed beaches of Seaport lure otherwise busy people to take a break and relax by the ocean on a daily basis. The shopping in this area is phenomenal, too. From small shops to boutiques, from gelato stands to five star restaurants, there's something to fit everyone's desires and budget on the boulevard.

The Collegiate Life. With over one hundred majors to choose from and a diverse student body, UCE is an educational hotspot. You'll learn just as much from being on campus around people different from you as you will in the classroom. We recommend you experience both, though, as your GPA will not be affected by who you sit across the cafeteria table from.

All That Glimmers Isn’t Gold. Poorly lit and with a heavy police presence, downtown Easthurst is home to the city's many clubs, some bars, and most of its illegal activity. It's the place to be at night, but that doesn't mean you should venture out on the streets alone, either.
